Dear Roy and JoAnne,

Congratulations on your mission call to Spain. My parents served in the mission presidency in the Spain Bilbao mission several years ago and loved their experience as I'm sure you will. I wish we could have made it to your farewell, but I have recently been called to serve as High Counselor in a BYU stake and it keeps me pretty busy on Sunday.
